What starts as inspiration in a classroom can evolve into real collaboration. For Bloom Team member Niko Gorjan, Astra AI was already familiar long before he ever worked with them.
Niko Gorjan first came across Astra AI in the middle of high school. At the time, Andrej P. Škraba was publishing YouTube videos solving math problems—content that quickly became a go-to resource for students navigating complex topics.
What began as simple educational content gradually evolved into something much bigger. Astra AI grew into a product-driven company, building an application that uses artificial intelligence to solve mathematical problems in real time.
From student to collaborator
Years later, the story came full circle.
Co-founder Klemen Selakovič shared a post on LinkedIn looking for frontend support. Niko saw the opportunity and stepped in to contribute to a product he had known since his early learning years.
Why they needed it
As Astra AI evolved, the product needed a landing page that could clearly communicate its value.
The challenge was not just technical—it was about translating a complex AI product into something simple, approachable, and easy to understand.
The experience needed to:
Explain the product quickly
Build trust instantly
Feel modern and lightweight
The role
Niko focused on building the landing page using a modern web stack.
Developed the frontend with Next.js
Integrated a flexible structure using Payload CMS
Ensed responsiveness, performance, and clean architecture
The goal was to create a seamless experience where the product speaks for itself—without unnecessary friction or noise.
Collaboration
The Astra AI project brought together multiple specialized teams.
Zerodays handled core application development
Conversion Design created the visual identity and design system
Niko’s role sat between them—turning design into a fully functional, production-ready frontend while maintaining precision and consistency.
Why it matters
This project carried a personal layer.
What once served as a learning resource during school became a real collaboration years later. It highlights how early inspiration can evolve into meaningful professional work.
Outcome
The result is a landing page that feels structured, fast, and aligned with Astra AI’s mission.
It communicates clearly, performs efficiently, and supports the product’s growth without overcomplicating the experience.
Bottom line
This project reflects how Bloom Team approaches development.
Not just as execution—but as translation. Turning ideas, design, and technology into something simple, clear, and effective.
